Move-in with down payment

Question: Hi all,

While implementing IS-U at a Belgian water company, we have a question about the move-in process.

When a move-in is carried out, our client wishes to charge a down payment

In this FIRST down payment, a one-time cost is included.

How can we make it possible to include this cost in the first down payment, but not in any following down payments?
(A BBP where the amount of the first slice must be different as the amount of the second slice)
Also, the user must be able to choose that he will charge this cost or not.
Anybody who has experience with this particular situation?

Kind Regards,

Tom

Answer:
But security deposits have a due date and are released back to the customer. In this scenario it seems to be a one time payment. I don't think Cash Security Deposit can be used
