If you want you can modify the standard screen and set the defaults for whichever fields you wish. However this is not the ideal way to do it...

You should use the screenvariant option...
SHD0 and select the BP role and create a transaction variant ZBP.
When you are finished activate the variant as your default variant.

you can do that with Paramaeter ID , which u can check by doin F1.
then go to su01 and assign the default value in the parameter tab.

Parameter ID's are not supported by CRM, SAP told me ...

You can use the TA SHDG and the for the domain and data element you assign the field with the default value that you need. Afterwards you need tho acivate dynproglobal fields in RZ10 and then reboot the system.
