Hi aseg.
I don't know whether you can find the BADIs in the code but you can find them in transaction /SPRO, you need to find the folder when the configuration of the application selective is done and then if there is any you will find the BADIs assigne to them and the documentation.
If you specified the application required I migh be able to help you.

you can also search the BaDi's via se18.
press the F4 button to search, and next you can either use the button INFOSYSTEM OR SAP-applications.
If you are looking for a CRM related Badi you use for example the infosystem button and type in:
CRM* (in definition name)
You will get a list of all CRM related badi's.
