Question:
lads,
Iīm in a project where customer does not use any Microsoft product, so, in their PCs they have Linux with Open office.
Otherwise, we have been working with our laptops with Windows and MS Office.
I have installed R/3, BW, CRM and RMS and when i need to upload or download or simply worj with word or excel documents from our laptops thereīs no problem but when the customer tries to do it, fails, itīs impossible.
We have reported this error to SAP and they answered that they donīt have planned any relatedto it yet, so itīs our problem at the moment.
My question is if anyone has encountered this problem and how it was solved

you can always download flat files. OO will be able to open
them.

Hi Snowy,
we had already thought about that solution but in RM and PS the system automatically goes to use the MS Office products, well, you can only customize those options. And thereīs none for Open Office.
