Hi Folks
I have setup distribution model for some counter, that country contains 5 company codes. Initially they have created employees with AC, AD company codes .
Out of fine company, codes they have just delete two country codes I.e. AC, AD.
Now when I go to PA30, and enter employees I see the employees exist with company code AC, AD. Those make sense.
Now problem is I have setup a distribution model with message type HRMD_A, for infotypes 0,1,2,3,4,5,6.
I also activate change pointers for HRMD_A and so I schedule rseout00 for collecting out bound idocs.
My questions are if some body make a change in Deleted company codes employees in infotypes 2,3. It will let it do and save it . The moment it save the data it collect the change and create Idocs and resout00 collect the Idocs and send it to other Logical system.
What should I do? Either I will create message type DBEMAS and filter my company code. …That is solution.
Why SAP HR letting change infotypes 2,3 although there is no company code in T001?
What are the other ways to handle this problem?

Use DEBMAD message in filter BD64 , you can filter the compnay codes ...
