Is there any specific team structure for BCS implementation besides FI, CO, and BW consultants at client site? What are the typical roles you have at your implementations?
And what are the typical implementation times for implementing 11 company codes, and multiple profit centers with multi currencies (from Europe, and North America) doing monthly consolidations (periodicity).

Dear Arun,
There is no specific templete for SEM-BCS it all depend on Client requirement.Also Team structure is not sterotype like R/3
