Hi folks,
I tried to download the Initial material master data from R/3 to CRM.I maintained the Level 5 in R/3 but in CRM i could maintain level 3 for the material numbers.I want to modify the numbering to Level 5 in CRM so that the numbering scheme matches with R/3.Please advice me how to do that.

Not sure what you meen by " level" in this context but generall I have created exact copies of the R/3 number ranges but with the internal assignment flag reversed so if you have a number range 2 in r/3 with internal assingment, I would create a 2 in CRM with same begining and end and external assignement

I have created the Product hierarchy level as 5 in R/3.But, in CRM i maintained the product hierarchy level as 3.Is there a way to change the product hierarchy level in CRM to 5 as in R/3.CRM system is not allowing me to change the hierarchy level to 5.Can you suggest me how to change the numbering scheme in CRM?
