I am a BASIS ADMIN with exposure to R/3, BW, PORTAL etc. Now i am planning to expand my skills onto APO and CRM sides. Is there any good link or any book on APO and CRM related to administration wise as a BASIS guy what are all we need to know on these two subjects...
