Hi,
have a look at table EDID4. It shows header and segment data. So if you have two idoc numbers (via WE02) you can compare the segment data.

This may be an option. If you have access to SE37, execute IDOC_XML_DISPLAY for each of the idocs. Then cut and paste the result to a spread sheet. With some formula and data massage, you can compare at field level.
