Hi,
At the time of Move-out if you press Final Bill button system creates the Final Bill & at the same time it gives a Pop-up message to Print this Final Bill. We want to supress this Pop-up so that no one can print the final bill on-line.
Is there a way possible to do the same in Standard ISU.

Hi!
You can deactivate the final billing in move out here:
SPRO-> Utilities Industry -> Customer Services -> Process Execution -> Move In / Move Out -> Move Out -> Define Move Out Control Parameters at Document Level. Here you mark the No final bill indicator.
Then you can either run single billing or mass billing with meter reading reason 03.
And after that you can print your final bills.
