I´m implementing APO (VMI) in my company, and i would like to know where i can find a good book or manual for it. If is possible a book that has case studies in it.
We are currently on 4.7 sap version and 4.1 APO.

Try Supply Chain Management with APO (2nd edition). Good guide to APO but be aware that it does not have a section on VMI.

In SAP when you click on a field text and press F1, the help file describing the definition and technical details of the field are indicated. Where can I get a compiled version of everything, so as I would not have to press per field and just read through the whole file? I'm working with DRP R/3 and DRP APO, as well as MRP.
