How to set Status for KPIs in Cockpit? In other words how and where to config, to get the presentation view the red yellow etc colore coded statuses.

During the frame definition, go to Graphic Design, and then to Status determination tab.

You have various options to set the status:
You can either set up exception ranges in the query and then automatically draw these through to the cockpit.
Alternately you can manually set the status.
These options are chosen in the Graphic Design screen when creating the actual frame on the status determination tab.
