Hi,
I have added SRV_CUST_BEG to my date profile for a Service Confirmation, via the Interaction Centre. Problem I have is that the field for SRV_CUST_BEG does not appear. Should it/where? Everything looks fine in customising except for the Screen area section. There is a field there called 'Display Position'. Not sure what I am meant to put in here and cannot find any documentation on it.
