I am new to CRM , i have already experienced in SAP ABAP/4 with SD, MM and also have BW experience. i am looking forward to shift to SAP CRM functional . kindly guide me on how to find study docs for CRM from basic level.
What are the minimum req's to learn CRM Functional, and what are the job roles? Please do reply with the details.
