Question:
Currently am onto Campaigns in CRM 4.0 with ECC5.0 Suite
Have created the M plan with consumer campaigns and activities and want to assign the budgets. have the following Q's,
Q1) Is BPS a part of BW release 3.5 and can we have planning level cost entries in BPS and port them into CRM reports
Q2) I want to asign budget for Campaign/ campaign activity and am contemplating two things (2.1.) Have a budget entry in the campaign/ campaign activity In this case - we have a budget field in the allocation planning screen that could be used but may have other dependencies that I am testing on. But here, rather than doing that can we have a field for budget entry with an employee authorization limit for the approver and at the same time maintain an approval table entries as per the business for the relevant approvers.
(2.2) have the details ported to WBS element through a batch job and assign the retracted budget in CJ30 transaction and then follow up interfaces through R3.
Q3) Am also onto having the distribution tab activation for the planned org. elements and the products/ services that I am planning on, that flow to and forth through middleware to R3, and execute that - am onto this, but however am getting stuck with the influencing field list in the user field setting list
Pls give inputs.

Answer:
have been able to sole that long ao.
1) SEM BPS is a part of BW 3.5
2) For key figure planning data's we have to make settings in SPRO in SAP CRM by activating KPI flag in manage key figures. Then BW configures the planning levels on the basis of the planning pofile set up in CRM, and the shells flow down through the XL inteface and tabs to CRM through Key figure, key figure planning, products and distribution tabs in the M - plan.
This is all master data written to the planning cube CRMM0001 in the BW.
