Question:
How can I flag an FIDCC2-IDoc in status 51 for deletion? Archieving with TC SARA is not applicable, because I want to delete only one IDOC.
Thanks a lot
Michael
Answer:
Why do you want to set the idoc for deletion?
When archiving you can select also a specific IDOC number. So if you no longer need the IDOC, I suggest you archive it.

[quote"mr.l"]We got an IDoc into the system that should not been have transferred (there has been an organisational mistake on the side of the sending system). The decision was to delete this IDoc.
I read that it might be possible to flag an IDoc for deletion. But I do not know how to do.
But if you say it is possible to archive one specific IDoc (I did not see how to do in the SARA), I ask you to tell me what I have to do.
Thanx

Answer:
Go to transaction SARA and select 'Archive' (1st step).
Maintain a variant for report RSEXARCA. When creating the variant you can enter the IDOC number on the selection screen. In this way you can archive 1 IDOC.
