I have th following questions on distribution or org structure and employees from HR to CRM:
IS the delta load of org units and employees real time or do we have to run a background job once a day/ week?
What are the possible infotypes that can be brought into CRM?

Hi,
You can schedule it.But what i feel you don't change your org units so frequently.You only change your employee details. So you can schedule it. There is one report available for this purpose.
Regarding infotypes: You can transfer qualification,qualification catalog,scales, proficiency,availability,user,position information from HR to CRM.Infotypes 1033,1048,1001,1000,1002,1025,1044 are transfered.There is a template for this you can check sap note 615896..
