Default Values for Org Data Determination

Question: Hello,

We use the organizational Model with 'Multiple Assignment' in a CRM 4.0 system.
For org data determination in transactions we have chosen the 'Org Model Determination Rule 10000194: User Orgunit.

Based on the assignment of the users in the org model structure the Org data is determined automatically in transactions when a new transaction is created.
Due to multiple assignment, we always get a pop-up with all combinations of distribution channels and divisions (of Sales Org, Sales Office, Sales Group) when we create a new transaction.

In our case each user has a unique combination of distribution channel and division. How can I set default values for org data determination per user when a new transaction is created?
We want to get rid of the pop-up to select a valid combination!

The only way as I read your scenario is to fine tune the org data determination rule. You need to make your determination rule more granular such that org data proposed by the CRM system are the choice that actually want to make.

Org Data determination rule canbe fine tuned through IMG.
Organizational Unit attributes can be set in PPOMA_CRM (Organization Model Maintenance)
