Hi,
I need to delete an existing reference BP and create a new one. With the existing reference BP, the CRM ISA 4.0 is unable to create any consumers through web shop. Upon debugging, I found that the system is unable to recognize the exisitng reference BP. Someone before me created a reference partner of type organization. And I believe this should be of type person.
When I try to delete this ref. BP (after setting archive flag) the system says the ref. BP can't be deleted.
Can anyone through some light on how to delete an existing ref. BP

Hi,
sometimes if u open ref. bp in some other screen it wont allow u to delete bp in current screen...so check that bp should not be open when u delete..
