Help Urgently Required !!
We have a key figure for prices in our Demand Planning book. Our prices are maintained at specific characteristic combinations of Channel/Customer/Material. We also have additional characteristics in the planning book (up to 7). When we extract the data to BW for reporting, the prices are extracted with records for all combinations of characteristics. This means that in the reporting the prices are being accumulated.
Does anyone know how to fix the price key figure to specific characteristics when extracting to BW?

in the transfer structure, you should be restrict the able to restrict the characteristics you want
if you still want the characteristics but want to restrict the values that go in you can write a routinue(in the transfer rules tab) that filters the values you need
