I am pretty sure this is a dummy question... however i am in toubles!.
I have defined a sales transaction ZTA, the name corresponds to the Sales Document in R/3.
Number Ranges defined as followed.
Int.No.Range No. 01 0005000000 to 0005999999
Ext.No.Range No. 13 0000000001 to 0004999999
The External Number is the one assigned in R/3 for the Sales Document ZTA.
However when I try to create a Sales Transaction ZTA in CRM... it does not allow me to create it, sending an error message.
Enter a business transaction number between 0000000001 and 0004999999
Message no. CRM_ORDERADM_H532
So, it taking into acount the external number... !!!...
Any clue???

is there a reason you want to have an external number range for this document type in CRM?
Will the ZTA originate in CRM and then distribute to R/3?
If so, you need an internal range in CRM and external in R/3
