I m right now learning QM module, as I m much interested in the field of CRM, I want to know when is the appropriate time to start CRM.
Is there any guidance regarding this.

Hi
Starting CRM would require some good understanding of SD module. Also preferred is some good exposure to marketing techniques, and language.
Doesnt require special skills (unless u r looking for programming career in CRM).
