I'm a student who studies at Victoria University Graduate Diploma in ERP systems..
I got Management Report Assignment...

The company you work for is a user of the SAP R/3 ERP system. Management have
heard a lot about Strategic Enterprise Management (SEM) but like most people are
unsure what is involved. They believe that SAP provides a SEM solution. You have been
asked to create a management report on SEM and the implications to your company for
the meeting in the following week.
The report should explain:
1. What is SEM.
2. The benefits does it offer
3. Details about SAP’s SEM solution
4. Provide examples of companies that have implemented this component and any
issues associated with this implementation. This should be obtained separately
from SAP’s site to gain an impartial view.
You must explain the component without using SAP jargon and journalistic terms.
Management should be able to ask you questions about any section of your report and
you should be able to explain it.

The fourth section is not easy for me.. I mean
I could find the other information ( as possible as i could).
As you can see, How can i get the impartial opinion about SAP SEM implementation issues?
I don't expect too much,, but,, I wish you can give me some hits to get the impartial view.
Also , you know, the difficulties are,,,,
If i research "balanced scorecard", I feel it's not difficult.
but, i need to figure out SEM(Strategic Enterprise Management )..
During my searching , SEM, BPM, EPM,CPM.... wow
there are so many special jargons but they have the similar meaning, don't they?

There is no official list of companies and SAP does not disclose that either, so it means that you will have to find by yourself what comapnies have it. Then you should ocntact them to find out how was their experience implementing SAP.
