Hi Gurus,
We are facing the problem with Sales Order. We are using CRM Version4 .
When we put any header texts the sales order goes to 'Distribution Lock' and one has to manually delete the lock to release the order to transfer to R/3.
Is there any way to avoid the lock?

Answer:
We got the solution. In Transaction Type setting there is a fields called " Text Type". This should not be populated . If this field is populated with some text type, whenever any text is entered with that text type on the transaction type, lock gets activated.
