Question:
I need to create reports which will contain data that is essentially stored in R/3 (eg. Quotes, Orders, etc.). I looked in SMO* tables (SMOVBAK, SMOVBAP, SMOLIKP, SMOLIPS, etc.) but none of them have records.
Is there possibly something missing in the set-up between R/3 and CRM which causes these data not to be replicated in CRM?
If not, how do you create reports in CRM if the data is replicated from R/3? Thanks.

Hi, the SMO* tables are populated only if bobile bridge is activated for the objects in question. You would activate bobile bridge only if you work in a mobile environment.
If you do want to create reports you should use BW or at least the CRM tables and not the mobile tables.
