Date Function in Macro

Question: Hi Folks,

In my date view i got weekly buckets,iam working on a macro, where i need to know week place in a month. the week is 1st of week of the month or 2nd week of the month. I saw the function which gives me week position in a year. But not in a month. I used both MONTH, WEEK function no use. Any body can help me out

There is no direct function to calculate this
How ever you can use the the functions WEEK(ACT_COLOUMN) and MONTH (ACT_COLOUMN) to find the week and month number and then use EVAL to get bthe desired results from above two

this should work...
just write a macro which
0. gets end date of the week (only date) -> try bucket_edate()
1. divides the date by 7
2. if result = 1-7 then week 1, 8-14 then week 2 etc
