Question:
Can anyone help with an error that I'm getting in the CIF? SalesOrders periodically fail when processing in the CIF with the error "Unable to Update LiveCache". I've seen this before when the order has data issues, but unfortunately this isnt the case. When I restart the queue that has failed it processes correctly.

ask your Basis to check the LiveCache database and its connection within tcode LC10.
