complaints Management

Question: Hai any one has idea on CRM complaints Management.

I need to configure complaint type according to our company needs and also I need to configure the Text Box in the Error Description field.

In the SAP menu the Complaint types are given as Complaints, Complaints/Returns, SAP complaints etc. I need to configure these complaints according to our requirements.

Does anyone have any idea.
Any help is appreciated.
