Question:
I'm downloading customer data from R/3 to CRM. I execute the initial load of CUSTOMER_MAIN, but it only tranfers 200 customers. What's happening?
I check table KNA1 in R/3 and all customer are there. In CRM, table BUT000 there are only 200 entries....I have no filters in CUSTOMER_MAIN, and I don't understand what's happening.
Answer:
See tr: smw01 and smw02a
Answer:
Well, I have several BDoc Validation errors, but in the queues I have the 200 customers logged. So that is not the problem.
It is a problem, just not that one.
Answer:
In sender system see tr smq1
Answer:
Well maybe its a problem with the bdocs after all, what happens is:
1- In the inbound queue I see bdocs for partners until number 200. Then it stops.
2- In R/3 I can see a queue STOP. If i release it, the object finishes its processing, but no customers above 200 appear. Do you think the Middleware caused the STOP in the R/3 queue?
Answer:
When the BDocs start to fail I get a "Enter at least one number for Business Partner".
I ain't got a clue what this means...
Answer:
Has anybody had the same problem?
Answer:
We always had a filter like this set.
KNA1 KUNNR Inequality (<> Low) 0000000000
This should exclude rubbish .
Do you really want all OLTP entries in KNA1 in CRM ? If not insert some filters.

Answer:
see table in r/3: CRMFILTAB

I insert a filter in that table.
Consumer: CRM
Object: CUSTOMER_MAIN
TABLE: KNA1
FIELD: KUNNUR
Counter: 001
Sign: I
Opt: GE
Low: 150000
High:
Inactive:
REMLOGSYS: CRMCLNT100
All seems ok, but when a run the object transfer in CRM for Customer_Main, the table entry is deleted, and all partners appear (with error) in CRM. What's going on?
