In the transaction BD87 I have IDOCs, message type INVOIC, with status 51, because of the following error:
ISO unit of measure PR is not assigned: Item E1EDP01
Error FD 011
Program SAPLIEDI
Subroutine SEGMENT_E1EDP01_ZUORDNEN
Segment No. 52
Field name MENEE
Could you please advise me how to correct this error

This means that the value in the E1EDP01-MENEE field is not defined in table T006. 3 things you can do:
1. Tell your customer to use proper ISO units of measure
2. Add PR into T006, through the IMG in transaction CUNI
3. Use a user exit in the IDOc processing to change the unit of measure to a proper ISO one
