In our system,each Businesspartner will have an external number maintained in another system.There is a mapping for this in table.
We have customised the BP transaction screens using GUIXT and included the option to search the partner given an external number.So,when search is made based on this,then an RFC call is made to GUIXT script to get the BP number based on the external number.
But,For one of the users,the search criteria for a BP got set to
Find Business partner number.
by Search term1
by Search term2.
When the user tries to search for a business partner,it does not go through.Instead it returns 100 entries of the business partners,ignoring the input parameters entered.
Can anyone let me know how we can set the search criteria.
