We are trying to use this exit to send some additional fields from R/3 material master to Product master in APO. We have done some coding in R/3. But we do not see any new fields in APO.
Please let me know whether we do need to write any code on the APO side.

I tried going thru the links and found many messages and replies to them. Not being an ABAP developer I am not able to understand clearly the meaning in some of them. All I wanted to have clarity on was whether after implementing the above mentioned user exit in R/3 do I have to do any coding on the APO side.
Can you please get me some clarity on this?

Hi Subash,
yes you have to implement coding on APO side.
If the additional fields come in to the APO side,
you have to map this fields, otherwise you dont
see the data.
