I am new to IDOC and i am trying to recover the setup done by other person. my question is After i put the inbound idoc file in a specified path as mentioned in Port, how do i tell the system to create a idoc? I want to do the same from OS level/SAP level.

the trigger from outside R/3 is the RFC call 'startrfc'.
