I am having an issue with some Idocs, but I cannot find the Idocs back in R/3 - it seems that they are not logged. Our system doesn't use ALE or EDI, but uses Crossworlds to pass data out SAP.
How can I set the Idocs to be logged and to be able to see the contents in WE* transactions?

If your system is using idocs then should be visible in WE02 or We05 unless of course then have been set to deleted and are archived.
When no idocs appear in WE02 or WE05 and the table EDIDC is empty then you are not using idocs.
You can also have a look at your RFC log.
PS: Crossworlds is your middleware system, it is very likely that you use the MQ-Series SAP connector to sent messages between SAP and Crossworlds.
