Question:
Hi all,
We want to move the SAP BC-server from C-partition to D-partition. Because it's all Java I assume (and cannot find) that there are no registry-entries for the SAP BC, so I can just cut/paste the SAP BC-folder.
Does anybody know about that ?
I realise of course that I have to change directory-mappings in server.bat etc.

Answer:
I don't think so about the Registry, but you should check your NT environment variables (like SET PATH... etc).
However I've always been in favour of a re-install, it's JAVA on a Microsoft system after all , and some of my customers experienced strange problems after cutting/pasting the BC directory..
