I am trying to Bill the customer but system is unable to do so. I observed that Billing order has status of "Not Billable". Can anybody tell whats the reason is?
I am new to ISU.

Hi
First check your meter reading.
It must be 'plausible' to get a billable billing order.
Be careful too with the sequence for periodic orders.
