Question:
I'm loading data from flat file to transactional cube (using web). Sometimes errors from the exit function occur, but when I close the web application the user is still locked. I checked in SM04 and SM50, there are no related users logged. Which tcode I could use to view list of users who locked specific planning level?
Answer:
Use Transaction SM12, to know where the locks are and also there is a program UPC_ENQUEUE_READ ,run that with the planning area and user ID that are locking the data.
Will release all locks.

I didnt find program UPC_ENQUEUE_READ can u plz confirm it.

Interesting program (maybe only available in SEM 3.5).
But I haven't found how we can delete the locks with it. It seems to give only the list of the locks in a readable format (again in my version)...

Well, this is not what Vamsh was saying. The program list the locks and the SM12 eventually delete them.

You are correct FCI, it only displays the locks. It does not enable you do delete them.
It should be easy to find through SA38 or SE38:
