Hi szhanden. I think you won't be able to do this in complete automatic way. The closest aproach would be to use the planned markup condition combined with a sales price calculation:
1- First you have to create the conditions for the planned markup for each combination of material group and distribution chain. This planned markup would be the margin from the purchase price.
2- Use the sales price calculation with the sales price determination sequence 01 (Calculate sales price from planned markup). If you can match a selection criteria (material group, vendor, vendor sub-range or season) you can be able to schedule a background sales price calculation othewise this has to be done manually.

We too have a similar requirement. There is an SAP OSS note that keeps the current margin for price change. Its 207192.
