Hi all,
We have new status created in status profile for activity transaction. But i am not able to view these new status in the CIC0 screen -> Navigation Area-> Interaction Info and then in the Status field , i have standard status open,closed etc.
How to get the new status we defined into the CIC0 navigation area??
Any ideas on where to look for???

Answer:
The status in the navigator is the system status, not the user status.
I don't think that you can add to these.
