not much at help, but this is not a problem of SAP but webMethods. You cannot find printed explanations of all error codes issued by SAP Business Connector aka Webmethods Integration Server.
Some of the error codes you can find in SAP BC Developer Guide.
I recommend ask a question on www.wmusers.com which is user community for all webMethods products.
