Well,
that looks like a very high level question and depends on what scenario u are configuring ( ICSS, IC WInclinet, IC Webclient). let me make a list here..
start with SAF Settings in img., as this is a basic setup for all scenarios
define damage, cause, location, problem code catalogs according to ur req
define problem types,subtypes....soln types, subtypes in img
add any otther attr like appln area etc.,
I guess, I told you enough things to start with...
