Hi All,
I am relatively new to IDOCS and am trying to get IDOC working for inbound sales orders to work. IDOC type = ORDERS, Message type = ORDERS, Process code = ORDE, SAP release = 4.7
I have setup the partner profile and port definition (usage is File) and keep getting the message "Field LOGDAT in status record with value '00/00/0000 ' is invalid".
I am not sure as to why this happens.
Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

This means your IDOC file that you are trying to post has 00/00/0000 in the LOGDAT field of the EDIDC segment. For starters, the format for dates is 00.00.0000, and secondly, you should probably make this field blank all together if it is zero.
